1. Returns
We want you to love your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return:
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Accessories, free gifts, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support at payment@amattstreet.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and the address for sending back the item.
Ship the item securely and retain the tracking number.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, partial refunds may apply.
